Aide provides an AI support agent that connects to your helpdesk and documentation to resolve customer tickets automatically. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”).
2. Data we collect
We collect account information you provide (such as name, email, and company), content you connect to the Services (such as helpdesk tickets and documentation), usage data (such as feature interactions and log data), and billing information processed by our payment providers. We do not require access to more data than is needed to operate the Services.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and secure the Services, generate AI responses based on the content you connect, improve product quality, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your Customer Data to train models shared with other customers.
4. How we share data
We share data with service providers that help us operate the Services (such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, and payment processing) under contracts that restrict their use of your data. We may also disclose data when required by law or as part of a corporate transaction, in which case we will notify you where required.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you disconnect an integration or delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated Customer Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your information.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@aide.ai. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
